Eurotope - Jugendinitiative zum Schutz der Umwelt

Ausgezeichnete Jugendinitiative zum Thema Umweltschutz - ein innovativer Beitrag zu Klimawandel Naturschutz, Luftverschmutzung, etc.

The Youth Association for the Protection of Nature (NAJU) in Germany and the environmental network Youth and Environment Europe (YEE) developed an international project called “eurotope.net”.

The project is funded by the European Union and will last at least until September 2006. The project content is gained from young volunteers from all around Europe, which provide their experiences and views, but also questions and critique.

The weak and at the same time strong feature of this web-project is its open-source character. When many people share their thinking, this page is providing a valuable knowledge pool, if it has low popularity the information content is also low.
